Ruesri Dai Ton is a type of traditional. This physical exercise which has been practiced since ancient times. Visitors to Wat Pho in Bangkok have seen statues of men in strange anatomical poses, which some tour guides refer to as hermits engaged in self-massage.
But this is not exactly self massage. The words Ruesri Dat Ton may be translated as “hermit’s stretching exercise”.
This ancient Thai practice comprises a basic series of stretches, physical exercises, and coordinated breathing and meditation.
This practice is believed to have been carried out by ascetic hermits who long ago lived in the forests and mountains of what is present day Thailand.
In most cases, the postures employed in Ruesri Dat Ton are less strenuous than those of traditional hatha yoga from the Indian subcontinent. There is no overwhelming proof that the ancient Thai practice evolved directly form yoga.
There are believed to be eighty positions in traditional Ruesri Dat Ton.

About Group Lessons:
We give 15 Positions style.
Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 AM.- 9 AM.
The schedule meet vary and it is necessary to register.
Classes are limited to eight students.
Fee: 250 Baht per hour/group lessons, 400 Baht per hour/private lesson.
This is payable at the first class meeting.
