What is QI Gong?

Qi GONG means “Drive of vital energy”.
 
It is a thousand-year-old art of Chinese soft gymnastics to maintain the form and health.
 
Its practice makes it possible to develop and balance the circulation of vital energy inside the energy channels of the bodies called meridian lines.
 
It results from it a better total operation from the organization and a progressive reduction in the muscular and emotional tensions.
 
Each one practices according to its own physical possibilities and independently of its age, without any comparison or competitive spirit.
